Q1: How did you go about speaking with your unknown classmates / group members?

First of all, because my group members are all Chinese, and we are from the same country, we all come from the same place and are in a foreign country, so there will be a sense of intimacy. Secondly, because we speak the same language, our communication is barrier-free. The third is because the members of our group are very cheerful and good at communication, so our conversations are very harmonious, and everyone actively shows their ideas. Fourth, we are willing to express our ideas and are willing to share our insights with others

Q2: What did you do if your team didn’t want to implement your idea?

If they don’t agree with my idea, first I will ask what is the reason for denying my idea. After knowing the reason for being denied, I will actively think about how to solve the problem, and at the same time I will listen to their ideas,and at the same time,I will come find inspiration for my own ideas, and see if there is anything that can be combined with each other. A person’s ideas are limited, but many people will have countless ideas. We can inspire each other’s inspiration, to improve your thinking

Q3:What did you do to make sure your ideas were understood?

First of all I want to make sure that my ideas are creative and can be used and have value. Second, I will mentally formulate the language of how to express the idea, then communicate and share my views with the members of the group, and after I summarize, if they have any questions, or have any questions about my idea, I will Explain to them more specifically
